Welcome to Power Circles!
Each Power Circle meets once per month,and consists of 3-4 employees from cross-functional areas of the company.
During these sessions, employees are able to:
- Enhance customer experiences by sharing best-practice concepts
- Resolve personal & professional challenges through transparent peer dialogue
- Focus energies on developing their teammates through mentoring endeavors
- Discuss ongoing feedback from their individual 360° Leadership Index*
- Encourage one another to demonstrate character on a daily basis
